The world around us isn’t sterile. We are surrounded by millions of living microorganisms. They are in the air, water, soil, live both on our skin and inside our body. Many of them are harmless for our body, but there’s quite a large group of microorganisms contact with which leads to diseases, sometimes rather severe ones. Each infectious disease has its specific causative agent. It can be helminth eggs, bacteria, viruses, protozoa, fungi, rickettsia. The human body is affected both by the germ and the poison it secrets (exotoxin or endotoxin). An infection may get inside the human body through a variety of media: the air, during direct contact with an infected person, when bitten by insects etc., but even if communication can be restricted, disinfection carried out and a host of preventive measures taken, one way for infection still remains — nutritional.
When you buy food at a shop or a market, there’s ALWAYS a chance of purchasing something contaminated with a certain infection or containing toxins secreted by microorganisms. These serious diseases include typhoid fever, virus A hepatitis, fecal-oral transmission virus hepatitis, dysentery, poliomyelitis, A and B paratyphoid, oral virus gastroenteritis, cholera, botulism, brucellosis, yersiniosis, campilobacteriosis, leptospirosis, pseudotuberculosis, salmonellosis. All known helminthiases can also be transmitted via food inseminated with helminth eggs.
Food may be contaminated at different stages — during production, transportation, sale. Animals may be infected with any kind of infection, and if unmonitored by a sanitary inspector, many infections may be transmitted to food consumers via contaminated food. Milk and dairy products, eggs may contain causative agents of sick animals’ infectious diseases. During butchery, microorganisms and helminth eggs may infect meat from the environment if technologies are not followed, staff employed at this facility fails to comply with hygiene standards or carries the infection. All raw meat and dairy products can also be seeded with various microorganisms. Germ proliferation requires the product to stay at room temperature for a few hours only. The last stage is the sale of food through the distribution network. A host of unpleasant surprises lie in wait of the consumer here again: inappropriate storage, expired sale periods and simply the salesperson’s unwashed hands — this all serves as a condition for germ proliferation and entry of new pathogenic organisms into food. Vegetables and fruit are also in close contact with soil and, as a result, microorganisms and helminth eggs that it contains. Besides, the human factor also plays its role in infectious contamination processes.
So, food finally gets from the shop window to our table where the ubiquitous microorganisms wait for us again. If one and the same table or cutting board is used for ready and raw products, even finished meals may be infected. Infection causative agents may enter food when contaminated water or dirty dishes are used. Usual thermal treatment is known to quickly kill pathogenic germs found in food. At the same time, some of them may remain alive and, if the food is stored or a meal is cooked inappropriately, germs may intensively proliferate. So, when consumed, this food causes the development of an infection.
Food contamination is a great risk, especially during a warm season when they proliferate quickly both in semi-processed and ready-made products. Flies can also serve as infection carriers. Food storage in the fridge does not stop the growth of bacterial flora, helminth eggs may be stored at low temperatures for a long time. In certain conditions the fridge itself becomes a source of infection.
The EcoFood device contains an electromagnetic radiation emitter within the optic range and an optic system that allows to direct the radiation flow along the trajectory of the spatial spiral. According to experiment data, the device-generated field has apparent biological activity. Such impact is negative for pathogenic organisms. To decontaminate food and water, the information matrix of the Chlorhexidine preparation is added to the device and an appropriate amplitude modulation of optic radiation is used. This all prevents the entry of an infection into the human body with food and water and ensures prophylaxis of most diseases.
The area of application of EcoFood:
- Water decontamination — elimination of harmful effect of chemical and biological foreign substances on the body, structuring of water molecules.
- Food treatment (meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, greens, eggs, alcoholic beverages).
- Aquarium care — decontamination of water and living aquarium plants.
- Plant care — treatment of seeds before storage and sowing.
For treatment, put the device next to the food so that the rear of the device (the side without the drawing) is turned to the food. Turn it on. In 20 minutes, after the program is completed, the device will turn off automatically.
